My stay was an overall positive experience, with a large, clean room and a fantastic breakfast that added great value to my trip. The location right across from the train station was super convenient, making it easy to explore Rouen. However, the absence of a lift could be a challenge for some, and I did notice that one of the lights in my room wasn't functioning properly.
